Processing time: orders are processed within 24 hours and are aimed to be shipped off same day or next day. Once your order ships, you’ll recieve a tracking number via email, alternatively you can click “view order” to track, or press the chat icon to track order. Note - delays may occur during peak seasons.

Our jewelry is waterproof and tarnish-free, making it perfect for everyday wear. However, to keep it looking its best:

- Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals like perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.

- Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place when not in use.

- Gently wipe with a soft cloth to clean after wearing.

With proper care, your pieces will stay shiny and beautiful for years to come.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note:

We do not accept returns for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, style, or product by mistake.

All items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a return due to defects.
